The Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, or “Pastafari”, is a parodic religion that was founded in 2005. With the years, the church took on itself to welcome any person as he is, without discrimination based on gender, race or sexual orientation, and without any further commitment from a person who requests to join the community of believers.
The logo and the graphical language are inspired by a pasta drainer, the recognized symbol of the religion believers.
